No Refunds for Personal Reasons:
Refunds will not be issued for personal issues, including but not limited to:

- Conflicts with personal schedules.
- Loss of interest in the event.
- Any other user-based problems.
2. Important Considerations
- Tickets purchased during promotional offers, discounts, or sales may have specific refund restrictions.

5. Associated Costs for Physical Deliveries
For any physical tickets or merchandise returns:
- Customers bear the cost of return shipping to Eventis Global’s facility.
- Eventis Global will cover delivery charges for any replacement items sent back to customers.
